Our clients were happy with the layout of their kitchen but wanted a bit of a facelift. We completely gutted the entire kitchen and closed off the open space above the cabinets to give a cleaner finished look. Not only did we do the kitchen, but we also redid their hall bathroom.  

Our clients loved their family home but wanted a brighter feel. We renovated the kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and created a little mudroom. The kitchen island is a huge piece of black hickory live edge. We changed to floors to a tile wood look.

Our clients wanted the wall removed between the formal living room and family room to create a more open feel. The wall in question was a load bearing wall but the clint did not want to see any type of beam. We were able to install the beam perfectly flush with the ceiling. 

This couple really loved their outdoor living space but wanted to get more use out of the space. So, we replaced the screened-in porch that they have loved for years and replaced it with a 4-track window system sunroom. The 4-track window system allows for maximum airflow.

We were brought in to finish off this family's laundry room and add a small bathroom. We are also fixing the rotten posts that are supporting the screened-in porch above. We went in and cut the posts off at ground level and poured concrete into the holes beneath the posts. After about 10 years or so, any pressure-treated wood that is underground will start to rot out, so it's always a good idea to have your deck posts inspected annually.
