Our client was eager for a major bathroom upgrade, and we delivered a stunning transformation! The new mirror and lighting fixture bring a contemporary feel to the space, while the combination of gray tile and blue paint adds a masculine touch. For a dramatic effect, we extended the tile all the way to the ceiling in the shower, creating a focal point. One of his key requests was for more outlets. What would be your biggest must have in your bathroom renovation?
For this shower remodel in Crownsville, MD, we transformed an outdated deck house shower into a cleaner, safer, and more modern walk-in shower. The original shower had a 12-inch curb because the home’s deck house framing left no standard floor joist cavities for plumbing. We redesigned the shower layout to lower the curb to a standard 6-inch height while still working within the structure of the home. The finished shower features large format matte black tile, a glass pebble blue accent tile in the niche, a pebble tile shower pan, and a custom glass shower door. We also updated their vanity and countertop to finish off this remodel. This Crownsville bathroom renovation is a great example of how smart planning and proper craftsmanship can turn a difficult existing layout into a modern, functional shower.
SMALL BACK PORCH, Wanted a bigger patio covered area. We added twice the space to the existing back porch area.
Replaced wood railing with maintenance-free products. RDI railing, black aluminum spindles, and PVC posts.
Our clients loved using their screened-in porch during the summer but wanted to utilize the space year-round. When it came time to replace their roof, they decided it was time to upgrade the screened-in porch. We installed a 4-track window system. Some of the biggest perks of a 4-track window system are that they’re shatterproof, have amazing ventilation, and are a very affordable option for expanding your living space. Another upgrade they wanted to make to their home was to extend the roof to cover the second-story porch. What is something you’ve been wanting to change about your home?
