Challenge
Our client's back door was leaking so she called in a window and door installation company but once they saw the amount of rot, they knew it was too much for them to handle. That's when we were called in.
Solution
We had to go thru the basement ceiling to get to the floor trusses that had rotted out. After replacing the trusses, we sealed up the basement ceiling and replaced the floor in the kitchen where the leak had taken place.
