Bruce at NorthernCraft was our third consultation — and he stood out immediately. He created a mock floor plan on the spot and provided a detailed written quote during the same visit. The other companies either required a signed contract before providing drawings or only gave verbal estimates. When we later requested modifications, Bruce returned for a second visit to revise the design — again, without a contract and at no cost. That level of transparency and commitment built immediate trust. Bruce clearly takes pride in his business and holds his crew to a high standard.
